Dutch Hill Elementary PTA and school volunteers working with children are required to follow the state-level and district volunteer requirements. Adult volunteers must have completed an SSD volunteer application (including a WSP Background Check) within the last two years. Volunteer application info and form can be found HERE.

There are small and large ways to give back to our Dutch Hill community! You choose what works for your family!
If you have time to give, volunteering at school is a great way to get to spend some time with your student during the school day, get to know teachers and staff, share in school-related experiences, and meet other DHE grown-ups.
If you have resources to give, we always have needs for items to help our school run more smoothly! These include snack donations to the Health Room, food/drink donations for staff appreciation events, raffle donations for school events, etc. If you want to help your student’s teacher/classroom, check out our Staff Favorites list to see if they have specific classroom needs or a wish list.
Remember, many companies will donate funds to the PTA for the time you spend volunteering.
